Day 13 – Japanese translation 365 days ♥ “LET GO”

Day 13 – “Let go”

I often hear the expression “let go”, “letting go”, or “let it go” and always wonder how it can be translated into Japanese. Same as “Yummy” in Day 12, I know how to interpret the phrase in my mind. However, I feel this expression  can be translated to Japanese in various ways depending on the context.

Example 1:

SOURCE TEXT : Yoga with Adrien 30 Days of Yoga – Day 23

(Day 23 is not the power yoga you are used to.) Rather, this sequence invites us to find power and strength through acceptance, forgiveness and letting go.

Example 2: “British Vogue” Youtube Channel – Inside the Wordrobe of Miranda Kerr
| Episode 3 |

*In this video (on 5:30), to the question, “If you had a fire, what would be the one item you keep?” Miranda Kerr says, “Honestly, I wouldn’t worry about anything. Just let it all go.”

↑ Day 14 はこれにします!

let go, letting go, let it go, letting it go, yoga,
